Our compliance team not only comprises of with the editorial board members but also subject experts from legal and IPR fraternity. Each and every case is addressed/examined meticulously, further the team ensures that all the established international norms are met. While the complainant is given full opportunity to present his/their case. We ensure that both the parties are given a patientful hearing in a free and fair manner. We also ensure the identity of the complainant is not disclosed.

 

IEARJ won’t be liable/accountable for any legal compliance outside our portal. In such an event authorities can directly reach out the author/contirbutor for their act of omission and commission.
