Microsoft Word format is only accepted. Submit the manuscript by an e-mail attachment to info@iearjc.com and include the following information:
Please stick to the formal requirements presented below; especially concerning citation and graphics. Manuscripts disregarding the guidelines totally may be returned for revision prior to any reviewing activity.
Organization of the manuscript
These guidelines for research papers are flexible, especially for case studies. The manuscript is to be arranged in the following order:
To structure your manuscript, please try to restrict yourself to a maximum of FIVE levels of headlines and Manuscript has been spell checked.
Title Page:
The title page has to contain the name(s) of all author(s) and their complete mailing addresses with the corresponding author marked clearly. Please use an extra page on the title page.
Abstract:
Abstract of 250 words is a prerequisite in the article. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results, and major conclusions. The abstract should not repeat the information which is already present in the title. References should be avoided.
Keywords:
Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords.
Subject:
Mention The Subject on the title page of your paper.
Introduction:
The Introduction presents the purpose of the studies and relationship to previous work in the field. It is not required to incorporate an extensive review of the literature. Use only recent references and provide the most salient information to allow the readers to understand and evaluate the purpose and results of the present study.
Materials and Methods:
The Materials and Methods section should be brief and concise with sufficient technical information. Only new methods should be described in detail. Cite previously published procedures in References.
Results:
The Results section should include the rationale or design, optimization, validation of the experiments as well as the results of the experiments.
Discussion:
Discussion section should focus on the interpretation of the results with proper justification. The Results and Discussion sections may be combined into one section.
References and footnotes:
Maximum 35 and 75 references for original research paper/case study and review papers, respectively.
Citation in text:
Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Citations in the text contain only authors’ names and year of publication (Author, Year) [e.g. (Leker, 2001), (Broring and Leker, 2006) or (Broring et al., 2006) when three or more authors].
Full references have to be included at the end of the paper in alphabetical order using the following style:
Book:

Book chapters:

Journal names may be abbreviated according to Chemical Abstracts. Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of the references.
Tables and figures:
Tables must have titles and sufficient empirical detail in a legend immediately following the title to be understandable without reference to the text. Each column in a table must have a heading, and abbreviations, when necessary, should be defined in the legend. Please number the tables.
Figures should have titles and explanatory legends containing sufficient detail to make the figure easily understood.
Appropriately sized numbers, letters, and symbols should be used. The abscissa and ordinate should be clearly labeled with an appropriately sized type.
Publication:
The Executive Editor responsible for your submission might ask you to change the format of your files in order to publish it. If the manuscript does not fulfill the formal requirements, the paper might be denied publication. Errors in a published paper will be corrected in the Journal of Business Administration in “Additions and Corrections”.
Ethics:
International Educational Applied Research Journal insists on ethical practices in both human and animal experiments. Local Ethics Committee approval evidence must be supplied by the authors on demand. Animal experimental procedures should be as humane as possible and the details of anesthetics analgesics used should be clearly stated. The ethical standards of experiments must be in accordance with the guidelines provided by the regulatory agencies of the respective country of authors. The journal will not consider any paper which is ethically A statement of ethics committee permission and ethical practices are included in all research articles under the ‘Materials and Methods’ section. Authors must be careful when they reproduce text, tables or illustrations from other sources. Plagiarism will be viewed seriously.
